Using Business Letter Software is a Copy and Paste operation.

With Business Letter Software, you will notice that every letter is available from the same window. This means that because there is nothing special to learn, you can use the program straight away as long as you know how to copy and paste.

This guide is really just a quick copy and paste lesson.

Run the Program

Double click Business Letter Software (letters.exe) to start the program:

Paste Into Your Word Procesor

After the letter has been Copied, it can then be Pasted into your word processing program. The following illustration uses a word processor called MS Word to demonstrate.

Ready For Formatting

After the text has been Pasted into your word processor, it is ready to be edited.

Tip: You can also highlight the letter content by holding the shift key and draggging the mouse over the letter, then press ctrl and c keys to copy the letter.
